Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Purchase Goods

The market for our goods is subject to change, and therefore the specification, description, and price of individual goods may change without prior notice.

  • The invitation to place an order on our website does not constitute an offer by us to sell goods.

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods at the specified price and description.

  • Where possible, we will accept your order by email confirmation, which creates a binding agreement between you and us.

  • If we cannot accept your order at the listed price or specification, we will notify you by email and may offer the goods at a revised price. The email will state the period during which the offer remains valid.

  • You may accept this revised offer within the stated period by email, at which point a binding agreement will be formed.

Contract language: All contracts are conducted in English.


2. Delivery of Goods

  • Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include delivery costs.

  • Delivery costs and any requested insurance will be charged to you and must be paid at the same time as the product price.

  • Goods will be delivered to the address you provide when placing the order.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the goods are delivered.

Inspection of Goods

You must inspect the goods upon delivery.

  • If goods arrive damaged or missing, you must notify the delivery carrier immediately.

  • If you report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery, we will either:

    • replace the goods, or

    • refund the product price and delivery charges.

  • Reports made after 48 hours must include proof that the damage occurred before delivery.


3. Payment and Pricing

  • We are not required to deliver goods until payment has been received in full.

  • Payment becomes due once the agreement between you and us is formed.

  • All listed prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.

  • Time for payment is essential, and orders will not be processed until payment clears.


4. Delivery Services

Additional charges may apply in the following cases:

  • Urgent or priority orders

  • Orders exceeding 32 kg in weight

Same-day or next-day delivery services do not include:

  • Saturdays

  • Sundays

  • Public holidays

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver goods within the estimated delivery time, but delivery times are not guaranteed.


5. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel an order before delivery if circumstances occur beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Supplier failure

  • Manufacturer shortages

  • Product unavailability

If cancellation occurs:

  • We will refund all payments received relating to the order.

  • We will not be liable for any additional losses or damages resulting from the cancellation.


6. Age Requirements

Orders placed by individuals under 18 years of age must be made with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Where necessary:

  • The cardholder must be available to confirm payment information.

  • The contract of sale is only valid if these conditions are satisfied.


7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • The compatibility of any goods purchased with your existing systems or equipment.

  • Proper installation of the purchased goods.

  • Downloading any necessary software updates, drivers, or manuals from the manufacturer's website.


8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As this is an online transaction, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If you choose to withdraw:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.

  • Additional delivery charges for premium shipping methods will not be refunded.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal request.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Returning Goods

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • You are liable only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

How to Request a Return

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by:

  • Completing the Model Withdrawal Form and sending it by post, or

  • Completing the online Returns Form through our website.


9. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

PayPal

  • Payments are processed in Euro (€).

  • Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Cheques

  • Payment must clear in full before goods are dispatched.

Bank Transfer

  • Full payment must be received before order dispatch.

  • Customers are responsible for all bank charges, including fees from both the sending and receiving banks.
